The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) has recently announced a collaboration with the American Society of Interior Designers on a new conference, dubbed The Well Conference, to launch in April of 2020. Modeled after the U.S. Green Building Council and its LEED education, credentialing, and certification programs, IWBI is led by Rick Fedrizzi, former CEO and founding chair of USGBC. Founded in 2014, the organization aims to apply rigor to creating healthy buildings across building types.
