Chicago’s Merchandise Mart hosts an annual design extravaganza each fall, featuring speakers from across the country and presentations geared especially to architects, interior designers, kitchen and bath designers, and other trade professionals. The event takes place October 2nd and 3rd. Sessions, receptions, and open houses occur in the luxurious product showrooms at the Mart, and many presentations offer professional CEU credits for attending. This year, there are several programs devoted to residential architecture, including The Iconic House held in the Pella Showroom and The Iconic Room hosted by Waterworks.
Meet S. Claire Conroy, editor of Residential Design magazine, at Pella’s Iconic House presentation and True Residential’s Designed for Entertaining session, both on Thursday, October 3rd. There’s also a full day of programming on Wednesday, October 1st. To register and peruse details about the event, click here.
